Early detection and improved treatment lead to increased survival in breast cancer patients – more and more patients will live with their cancer and possible side effects. The research aims to evaluate health related quality of life (HRQOL) and biomedical changes after breast cancer treatment. By exploring the association between treatment, side effects and HRQOL we intend to indentify groups at risk regarding HRQOL and symptoms.
